A little bit of a #FlashbackFriday...going back to our humble beginnings when our campaign was in it's infancy. This picture was taken at an 'Anderson Live' show in December 2012, at the very beginning of our campaign (this was filmed Dec 4th, our campaign was made public December 8th). Our 'hype-woman' Daemon had that sign in the audience. Anderson Cooper spotted her and brought it up on stage to show Richard. Ah...memories!
The sign was inspired by a blog post and pictures we all saw (well before we thought of starting a campaign!) from the author of this blog. The sign itself was a play on the Keep Calm and Carry On motivational poster produced by the British government in 1939. This was before we were truly cognizant of how vast the RA fandom is, or who was who in it. She had a similar sign for him during a meet-up at the filming of "Into the Storm". We were so inspired, that our dear Daemon wanted one for a possible RA encounter in the future. Of course we made it happen!
